iKiosk User Guide

Making sales

Congratulation that you have complete the setup of your iKiosk account and ready to sell. In this chapter we will touch on various transaction methods that iKiosk can support. From a simple cash transaction with item modifications to a deposit transactions. With the intuitive UI design, you can even hold bill when customer has not decide what they want and continue taking order for the next customer.

Access to Order screen

  1. Login to iKiosk
  2. Tap on menu icon at the top left to open side menu
  3. Go to Orders section, tap on ORDERS to open ORDER screen

Taking order and payment

  1. Login to iKiosk
  2. Tap on menu icon at the top left to open side menu
  3. Go to Orders section, tap on ORDERS to open ORDER screen
  4. Browse Department, select Category and choose Item
  5. (Optional) If item carry orange ring, iKiosk will prompt user to select Add-on (modifiers, options, side dish or takeaway)
  6. (Optional) Tap QUANTITY [+] [-] to adjust quantity
  7. (Optional) Type in order note in ADD NOTE text box
  8. Tap ADD to add the item to order list
  9. Tap Finalize to make payment
  10. Tap FINISH BILL to finish payment by Cash with exact amount.
  11. OR, tap Card for Debit or Credit card; Store credit for prepaid card, Voucher, Deposit or On-Account payment; FOC for complementary bill

Taking Order and split payment types

  1. Login to iKiosk
  2. Go to ORDERS screen
  3. Select items and modifiers
  4. Tap on Finalize button to make payment
  5. Total due amount is $45.70, enter $20 as Cash payment
  6. Tap on CARD payment button
  7. Select NETS, and tap 9 repeatedly until system capture the due amount of $25.70

* For card payment, it will capture the total due when input value greater than due amount.

Taking multiple orders (park bill)

iKiosk allow user to take multiple orders at one time and finalize by selected order tab. It is useful for busy environment where customers cannot decide their order where cashier has the option to proceed with the next order without losing previous customer order details.

  1. Login to iKiosk
  2. Go to ORDERS screen
  3. Start taking order into current order tab (See order screen map - [11])
  4. Tap on add order tab [+] (See order screen map - [7]) to add new tab
  5. Select the order tab to finalize
  6. Tap on Finalize for payment

Delete line item

  1. Login to iKiosk
  2. Go to ORDERS screen
  3. Add a few order items
  4. To delete, go to the line item and swipe from right to left until [Delete] button appear
  5. Tap on [Delete] button to remove the order item

Cancel Order

When order screen is populated with many items user can use the cancel order items to remove all items instead of deleting one by one.

  1. At the ORDERS screen
  2. Tap on Cancel order button (See order screen map - [15])
  3. Tap "Yes" to confirm delete order
